Summary
This study aims to understand how often older adults with heart disease are prescribed medications that might be unsafe or interact poorly, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers will use a regional medical records system to look at the prescriptions of 1,000 patients aged 75 and older. The goal is to gather information that could help prevent medication errors and improve patient safety in the future.
