Summary

This study tested a program to help stroke survivors in rural Kentucky take their blood pressure medications correctly. The program included education and one-on-one sessions with a community health worker, pharmacy technician, and pharmacist to identify and address barriers to medication adherence. Only 4 people participated, so the main goal was to see if the approach was feasible and promising.
