Summary
This study is creating and testing a new support package to help people who have had an organ transplant remember and correctly take their lifelong anti-rejection medications. It will involve 100 heart transplant patients in Turkey. The goal is to develop a standard set of proven support tools that nurses and doctors can use to help patients stay on track with their medication, which is crucial for keeping the new organ healthy.
