First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether the MedCline Sleep System, a special pillow and body support, can safely reduce breathing pauses and snoring in people with mild obstructive sleep apnea. About 35 adults with mild apnea will use the system at home. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can ease symptoms and improve sleep.
