Summary
This study looks at how well the Medacta Shoulder System reverse shoulder replacement works in 100 people with severe shoulder arthritis or tendon tears. The main goal is to check shoulder function 2 years after surgery, along with safety, implant survival, and patient satisfaction. The results will help doctors understand if this prosthesis improves movement and quality of life.
