Summary

This early study tests if weak electrical stimulation to the balance system, combined with movement tracking, can help diagnose inner-ear disorders like vestibular schwannoma and neuritis. Researchers will measure how the body sways in response to the stimulation. The study involves 30 adults with diagnosed balance conditions and aims to see if this method could also lead to new treatments.
