Scientists use muscle sensors to decode teen fatigue

NCT ID NCT07161531

Summary

This study aims to see if a special sensor that measures muscle activity can reliably detect physical fatigue in healthy, active teenagers. Participants will perform squat exercises until they are tired while wearing the sensors, and repeat the test a week later to check consistency. The goal is to better understand how to measure fatigue, not to treat any condition.
