Summary

This study tested a genetically modified measles virus designed to infect and kill cancer cells without harming healthy ones. It was compared to standard chemotherapy in 17 women with platinum-resistant ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
