Summary
This study tested a 6-session program designed to help young adults find more meaning in life, with the goal of reducing feelings of anxiety and depression. 155 participants with mild to moderate symptoms were randomly assigned to either the program or a waitlist. Researchers measured changes in symptoms and sense of meaning right after the program and again four weeks later.
