NCT ID NCT07339592
Summary
This study aims to see if changing the timing and nutritional makeup of a person's last meal can improve their sleep. It will involve 90 medical residents in Jordan, who often have poor sleep due to long, stressful hours. Participants will be assigned to eat either a high-carb, high-protein, or standard meal 3-4 hours before bed for two weeks, and their sleep will be tracked.
