Summary
This study aimed to understand how the number of meals per day and the time of day people eat affect the types of bacteria in the gut. Researchers compared 23 adults with severe obesity to 11 non-obese adults by analyzing their food diaries and stool samples. The goal was to gather knowledge about the relationship between eating patterns and gut health.
