NCT ID NCT02664883
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether measuring certain immune cells (MDSCs) in blood and urine can help detect kidney cancer early and monitor how it responds to treatment. Researchers will compare MDSC levels in healthy volunteers, patients with early-stage kidney cancer, and those with advanced disease. The goal is to develop a simple lab test that could complement or reduce the need for repeated CT scans.
