Summary
This study looked at 200 adults with multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas infections who received the antibiotic ceftolozane-tazobactam. Researchers tracked how many patients survived 30 days and while in the hospital, and whether follow-up tests showed the infection was cleared. The goal was to understand real-world outcomes for this difficult-to-treat infection.
