Radioactive microsphere injection tested as new weapon against inoperable liver cancer

NCT ID NCT07391839

Summary

This early-phase study is testing a single injection called MDN-001, which contains tiny radioactive spheres, for people with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can shrink tumors. Researchers will enroll about 40 patients to monitor side effects, tumor response, and how the treatment affects survival and quality of life.
