NCT ID NCT07080047

Summary

This study compared two types of physical therapy for people with chronic back pain that radiates down the leg. It tested whether the McKenzie method, which focuses on specific exercises to correct posture, works better than standard physical therapy at reducing pain and improving movement. The trial involved 28 adults with long-term pain and a specific sideways shift in their lower back.
