First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether combining two types of exercises—McKenzie and neurodynamic mobilization—could help people with cervical radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the neck causing arm pain). 46 adults aged 35-50 with this condition took part. The exercises aimed to reduce pain, improve neck movement, and lessen disability. Results were measured using pain scales and range-of-motion tests.
