Summary
This study is testing whether a specific set of back exercises, called McKenzie exercises, can help improve balance, reduce pain, and increase quality of life for young adults with mechanical back pain caused by sitting for long periods. It involves 40 participants who sit for at least 6 hours a day. Researchers will measure changes in balance, pain levels, and overall well-being.
