Summary
This study tested whether a video laryngoscope (McGrath Mac) helps doctors place breathing tubes more successfully on the first try compared to the standard Macintosh laryngoscope in intensive care patients. Over 370 adults who needed a breathing tube took part. The goal was to see which tool leads to fewer failed attempts and faster placement.
