Summary
This study tested whether adding a special muscle relaxation technique (integrated neuromuscular inhibition) to a standard strengthening program (McGill exercises) works better for piriformis syndrome. 56 adults with buttock pain for over a month took part. Researchers measured pain, hip movement, and daily function to see which approach helped more.
