New psoriasis cream aims to clear skin and feel better to use

Summary
This study is testing a new topical cream called MC2-01 for adults with plaque psoriasis. It compares the new cream against a standard gel treatment and a placebo cream to see which is better at clearing skin plaques and which is more convenient for patients to use. The main goal is to see if more people achieve clear or almost clear skin on their body after 8 weeks of treatment.
