Summary
This study tested a new drug (MBG453) combined with two other medicines (azacitidine and venetoclax) in 90 adults with acute myeloid leukemia who were not healthy enough for standard chemotherapy. The goal was to see if the combination could safely help more patients achieve complete remission. The study was terminated early, so final results are limited.
