Summary
This study tests a program that uses a smartphone app, an activity tracker, health coaching, and small rewards to help adults in rural Kentucky eat more fruits and vegetables, eat less fat, be more active, and spend less time on screens. About 279 people who currently have low fruit/veg intake, high fat intake, low physical activity, and high screen time are taking part. The goal is to see if this approach improves their overall diet and activity habits.
