Summary
This study tests a new treatment called MB-CART19.1 for people with severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) that hasn't improved with standard therapies. About 29 adults will receive this cell therapy to see if it can reduce disease activity and help achieve remission. The goal is to control the disease and improve quality of life.
