Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called MB-CART19.1 for people whose B-cell blood cancers (like leukemia or lymphoma) have returned or stopped responding to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if the approach is feasible in about 48 adults and children.
