Summary
This study is testing whether a new product called MB-1 can help overweight and obese adults lose weight and improve their metabolic health. One hundred participants will take either MB-1 or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) for 84 days. Researchers will measure changes in body weight, body composition, appetite, and various health markers in the blood to see if MB-1 is safe and effective.
