New Jaw-Widening techniques aim to improve breathing
NCT ID NCT07326345
Summary
This study is comparing two different procedures used to widen a narrow upper jaw (palate) in patients aged 15 and older. One method uses special screws, while the other involves minor surgery. Researchers will use 3D scans to see how each procedure changes the shape of the face and nasal passages, and if it improves breathing.
