Summary
This study tests a drug called mavacamten in 50 adults in India who have a condition where the heart muscle is too thick, making it hard for the heart to pump blood. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and helps improve symptoms. Participants take the medication and are monitored for side effects and heart events like hospitalizations.
