Summary
This study tested whether a special type of massage therapy, called Matrix Rhythm Therapy, could help people with axial spondyloarthritis. This is a chronic condition that causes severe back pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Researchers wanted to see if adding this therapy to standard care could improve patients' movement, breathing, and overall quality of life.
