Researchers launch major study to map the Real-World journey of mastocytosis patients

NCT ID NCT07264959

Summary

This study aims to collect detailed, real-world information from 150 adults living with indolent systemic mastocytosis (ISM). Researchers will observe and document participants' symptoms, quality of life, and how their disease is managed by their doctors, including the use of a specific medication called avapritinib. The goal is to better understand the day-to-day impact of ISM and how treatments work outside of controlled clinical trials.
