This study aims to see if the masseter (jaw) muscle is thicker in people with chronic neck pain compared to healthy individuals. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure muscle thickness and also look at how it relates to pain intensity and neck disability. The study involves 90 adults aged 18-45, half with chronic neck pain and half without. No treatment is given; it is purely observational to gather knowledge.
