Scraping vs. deep massage: which helps knee surgery recovery more?

NCT ID NCT07361770

Summary

This study compared two physical therapy techniques to see which works better for people recovering from total knee replacement surgery. Researchers tested a tool-assisted soft tissue mobilization (a scraping technique) against a deep cross-fiber massage. They measured which method was more effective at reducing pain and improving knee movement in 50 patients aged 40-60.
