Summary
This study tested two different hands-on therapy techniques to see which one better helps new mothers with neck pain. It involved 60 women who had recently given birth and were experiencing neck pain and disability. Researchers compared the effects of Tui Na massage and a technique called positional release on pain levels, neck function, and muscle activity.
