Neck pain relief showdown: massage vs. electric therapy
NCT ID NCT07150143
Summary
This study aims to find out if adding massage or electrotherapy (like TENS and ultrasound) to standard neck and shoulder exercises provides better relief for chronic neck pain. It will involve 51 adults with long-term neck pain, split into three groups to compare exercise alone versus exercise plus these extra treatments. The goal is to see which approach best reduces pain, improves function, and increases endurance over an 8-week period.
