Summary
This study is testing if two types of hands-on therapy can help people with a herniated disc in their lower back. Researchers will compare special massage tools and vibration therapy to standard physical therapy. They want to see which approach best reduces pain, improves daily function, and lessens the fear of moving and causing more injury.
