Summary
This study is testing if a special massage technique using tools can help older adults move better and think more clearly. Researchers will work with 60 people aged 65 to 75 to see if this therapy improves their physical tests and memory scores. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to support healthy aging and independence.
