Summary
This study is testing whether two hands-on therapies—thoracic spinal manipulation and classical massage—can help people with long-term mechanical back pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, flexibility, and sleep quality in 60 adult participants. The goal is to see if these non-drug treatments can provide relief and improve daily life.
