Vibration massage boosts teen Cyclists' power?
NCT ID NCT07206576
Summary
This study tested whether a single session of percussion massage could provide a quick boost to performance for young competitive cyclists. Thirty-two cyclists aged 12-15 were randomly assigned to either receive the massage or just rest. Researchers then measured their balance, jumping power, and sprinting ability to see if the massage made a short-term difference.
