Can a special massage technique ease chronic shoulder pain?
NCT ID NCT07030972
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific type of massage, called deep friction massage, to a standard exercise program helps people with long-term shoulder tendon pain. Researchers will measure if this combination reduces pain, improves shoulder function, and increases quality of life better than exercises alone. The study includes 42 adults who have had shoulder pain for more than three months.
