Summary
This study tested whether a specific abdominal massage technique could prevent or reduce the severity of stretch marks during pregnancy. It involved 42 first-time mothers who performed the massage routine daily from their second trimester until birth. Researchers measured whether the massage lessened the appearance of stretch marks compared to their expected progression.
