Can a special massage help female athletes bounce back faster?
NCT ID NCT07274033
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle massage technique called manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) helps female football players recover faster after hard workouts. Researchers will have 11 young athletes do a tiring leg exercise, then give some of them the massage and measure how quickly their strength and energy return. The goal is to find safe, non-drug ways to reduce muscle soreness and help players perform better with less risk of injury.
