Gentle back rubs tested as relief for fibromyalgia sufferers

NCT ID NCT06277375

Summary

This study tested whether a gentle, slow-stroke back massage could help reduce pain and fatigue in women diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Forty-eight adult women participated, with half receiving the massage treatment three times a week for ten minutes each session. The goal was to see if this non-drug approach could improve their daily symptoms and quality of life.
