Can a special massage supercharge your back pain relief?
NCT ID NCT07193251
Summary
This study aims to see if adding a specific type of massage to standard core-strengthening exercises provides better relief for adults with mechanical low back pain. About 30 participants will be split into two groups: one doing exercises only, and the other doing exercises plus the massage. Researchers will measure changes in pain, daily function, and endurance over eight weeks to see which approach works better.
