Summary
This study looked at how the experimental drug clifutinib moves through and leaves the bodies of 6 healthy men. Participants took a single radioactive dose so researchers could track the drug in blood, urine, and stool. The goal was to understand how the drug is broken down and eliminated, not to treat any disease.
