Scientists track Drug's journey through healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT06832540
First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This completed early-stage study looked at how a drug called TJ0113 travels through and leaves the body. Six healthy Chinese men took a single dose with a tiny radioactive marker so researchers could measure the drug in blood, urine, and stool. The goal was to understand how the body processes and eliminates the drug, not to treat any disease.
