This trial explores whether a surface camera system can guide radiotherapy for head and neck cancer without the usual tight restraint mask. Instead, patients lie in a moulded vacuum mattress, and the camera tracks their position continuously during each session, automatically stopping the beam if they move too much. The study will measure how much patients move during treatment to see if this mask-free approach is precise enough.
