Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a new drug called miricorilant can reduce fat buildup in the liver of people with MASH, a serious form of fatty liver disease. Eight participants will take the drug daily for six weeks while researchers measure changes in liver fat production and content. The goal is to see if the drug shows enough promise to move into larger trials for controlling this progressive liver condition.
