Summary

This study is testing a specialized physical therapy program for people with chronic jaw pain and dysfunction (TMD). The program combines hands-on therapy for the jaw and neck with techniques aimed at calming the brain's emotional centers, plus specific exercises. Researchers will measure if this approach reduces pain, improves jaw movement and balance, and enhances emotional state and sleep quality in 60 participants.
