Summary

This study tested whether hands-on manual therapy is better than therapeutic exercises for people with jaw pain and stiffness (temporomandibular disorders). It involved 48 participants and measured changes in pain, jaw movement, muscle tightness, and anxiety over six weeks. The goal was to see which approach provided more relief for this common condition.
