Hands-On help for flat feet: which therapy works best?

NCT ID NCT07326020

Summary

This study compared two types of hands-on therapy for physically active adults with flexible flat feet. Researchers tested whether joint-focused or soft tissue-focused manual therapy provided better immediate improvements in ankle flexibility, balance, and muscle properties. The study involved 33 participants and measured results right after treatment sessions to see which approach was most effective.
