Summary

This study looked at how different manual therapy techniques affect balance, flexibility, and muscle properties in physically active adults with flexible flat feet. 33 people aged 18-35 were split into groups receiving joint-focused therapy, soft-tissue therapy, or no treatment. The goal was to understand immediate effects, not to cure or treat the condition.
