NCT ID NCT07537270
First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This pilot study tested two types of manual therapy (gentle hand techniques on the neck and legs) in 75 adults with diabetic nerve pain. The goal was to see if these therapies could help control blood sugar and reduce pain when added to standard care. The study focused on whether a larger trial is possible, and early results suggest these therapies may be safe and worth studying further.
